Team Facilitators

ECOLE has on its panel, trained and competent facilitators who are experienced in delivering the right solutions. Our Trainers often specialise in their respective modules and together form a multi-skilled team for ECOLE.
Excellence in communication skills and a natural sense of empathy is a pre-requisite for all our trainers and facilitators. Facilitators are aided by certified adventure trainers and experienced support staff members who help make your training program a success.

Our programs are developed in-house together with our expert trainers to derive maximum learning. For our training modules, we use adventure sports, rope courses, dramatics, role play, nature games, art and culture to put together a great mix of interesting learning activities. Eco Clubs

Corporate eco clubs help your company plan a year’s program around adventure, training programs, workshops and learning activities. From trainees and new inductees to mid-level and senior management, Ecomantra offers an interesting bouquet of programs to suit every level of hierarchies and their requirements.

Workshops and Interactive Programs

Ecomantra also conducts nature themed workshops in corporate campuses which involve interesting learning programs.

You have the ease of using your company campus for all your Eco-club programs and flexi-timings ranging from 2 hours to more. We have one workshop or nature activity for every month of the year and continue to add more to our list, to keep the fun going on. Clients who have regular conduct workshops from Ecomantra include HSBC, TCS and Capgemini in Mumbai.

• Tribal art workshop – learn the art of painting the tribal way. It’s fun, creative and de-stressing and the easiest way to learn painting.
• Bamboo handicraft workshop. Make your own bamboo pen stand or a table mat through this workshop
• Haiku – Be simple, original and creative in three lines of nature poetry. Includes group Haiku sessions and fun with interactive reading and feedback.
• Snake Alive interactive – wildlife program on Snakes and their myths. Conquer your fears and find a new respect for snakes.

STAY EXPERIENCES: FROM HUTS TO PALACES

You will love to stay in ethnic cottages built by local craftsman using traditional architecture technologies and primarily natural local material that are sustainable, eco friendly, naturally breathable and well ventilated, non toxic and very healthy to live in. Very often these eco lodges have age old and highly effective waste management systems, and usually naturally cool and warm and not requiring energy intensive heating or air conditioning.
