Team Facilitators

ECOLE has on its panel, trained and competent facilitators who are experienced in delivering the right solutions. Our Trainers often specialise in their respective modules and together form a multi-skilled team for ECOLE.
Excellence in communication skills and a natural sense of empathy is a pre-requisite for all our trainers and facilitators. Facilitators are aided by certified adventure trainers and experienced support staff members who help make your training program a success.

Our programs are developed in-house together with our expert trainers to derive maximum learning. For our training modules, we use adventure sports, rope courses, dramatics, role play, nature games, art and culture to put together a great mix of interesting learning activities.
